Ryan Praski is a digital analyst and an expert in analytics. He wrote up this fantastic article documenting getting Drift events to fire into Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager. Although Drift’s platform has recently expanded on the GA integration and automatically let’s you choose which events to fire, Ryan’s snippet allows you more definition on those events and how they display.
We took the shell of Ryan’s code (the event triggers) and applied the same approach to firing Drift events into Adobe Analytics.
